How to order
Four steps, and nothing leaves us until somebody has spoken to you.

1. Put it in the basket
One figure sits beside each item, and it is the whole of what you pay: VAT counted in, delivery across the EU counted in. Order as many as you like – they travel together and arrive as one parcel.
If you are not certain something fits, ask before you buy. Send the width of your clear worktop and what you cook most on the contact page and you will get a straight answer, including “none of these” when that is the truth.
2. Leave your details
A name, a street address, an email and a phone number. No account and no password to invent. Then choose how to pay. You choose at the checkout: pay by card there, or pay the courier in cash when the box is in your hands. Either way the figure is the one on the product page – VAT in, delivery in.
A few islands and remote districts are served by a second carrier. If yours is one of them we write with the extra carriage before anything is packed, and stopping there costs you nothing.
3. The call, then the courier
Somebody rings to check the order and agree a delivery day. The parcel then goes to the carrier, usually within one or two working days, and an email that day names the carrier and carries the tracking reference. Country-by-country transit times are on the delivery page.
4. At the door
Open the box while the driver is still there if you can. Paying cash, that is the moment the money changes hands: count it out and keep the receipt. Wrong item, or a box that has clearly been dropped? Turn it away. The journey back is at our expense, and a cash order leaves you nothing out of pocket.
Money changes hands in two places and nowhere else: the checkout page, if you pay by card, and your own doorstep, if you pay cash. No deposits, no bank transfers, and nobody from Pexlia will ever ring or email asking for card numbers. A message asking for any of that did not come from us – forward it to support@pexlia.com.
Afterwards
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, set out on returns and refunds, and every item is covered by the legal guarantee described on guarantee and safe use.
