Guarantee and safe use

The guarantee

The seller is established in Spain, so Spanish consumer law applies: every item carries a legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery. For the first two years, a fault that appears is assumed to have been there from the start unless we can show otherwise.

It covers faults in the product. It does not cover accidental damage, ordinary wear, or a fault caused by using something in a way the manual tells you not to.

Making a claim

Email support@pexlia.com with your order number, what happens, and a photograph or short video if the fault is visible. We reply within one working day and arrange collection at our expense. You never pay carriage on a guarantee claim.

Before you plug anything in

• Everything here runs on mains electricity. Use the socket directly where you can, and if you must use an extension lead, check it is rated for the appliance.
• The breakfast maker and the grill both get hot enough to burn. Leave clear space around them, never against a wall or under a low cupboard.
• The pressure cooker is a sealed pressure vessel. Do not force the lid, and let it release fully before opening it – the manual explains how.
• The hot water tap is a plumbed electrical appliance. Have it fitted by somebody competent, and never by cutting into an existing circuit yourself.
• Let anything with a heating element cool completely before cleaning, and never put a powered unit in water.
