What it costs
Nothing. Delivery to a street address in any of the 27 EU countries is included in the price shown, and choosing cash on delivery does not add a fee either.

The clock starts the day after the confirmation call, not the moment you press the button. Islands and a few remote districts are handed to a second carrier and can take longer; where that applies we write with the extra carriage before packing anything, and cancelling at that point costs you nothing.
On the day
The carrier sends a window by text or email. If nobody is in, they leave a card and try again, or hold the parcel at a nearby point – the card says which. Parcels are not left with neighbours or on doorsteps without somebody signing.
When it arrives
Open it while the driver is there. If the box is crushed or the contents are wrong, refuse it. Return carriage is ours, and a cash order means there is nothing to claw back. If you only notice later, the returns page covers it.
