Terms of sale

1. Who you are buying from

2. Prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT and delivery to a street address in the EU. The price you see on the product page is the total. We do not show struck-through comparison prices, because we have no verified 30-day price history to support one.

3. How an order is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we confirm it – in practice, on the phone call we make before anything is packed. Until then either side may walk away at no cost.

4. Payment

You choose at the checkout: pay by card there, or pay the courier in cash when the box is in your hands. Either way the figure is the one on the product page – VAT in, delivery in.

We never ask for card details by phone or email, and we never ask for a deposit or a bank transfer before delivery.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free to street addresses in the 27 EU countries. Transit times are on the delivery page and start after the confirmation call. Islands and remote districts may carry an extra carriage charge, always quoted and agreed before packing.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as set out on the returns page. Return carriage on a change of mind is yours; on a faulty or wrong item it is ours.

7. Guarantee

Every item carries the Spanish legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery. See guarantee and safe use.

8. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Products must be used according to their manuals.

9. Law and disputes

Spanish law applies, without depriving you of the protections of your own country of residence in the EU. The EU ODR platform closed in July 2025; disputes we cannot settle directly may go to the consumer arbitration board in your country.
