The legal basis
Order data: performance of a contract. Accounting records: a legal obligation. Enquiries and statistics: our legitimate interest in running the shop, which you may object to.
Who else sees it
The courier, so the parcel can be delivered. The payment processor, for card payments. Our hosting provider, which stores the site. None of them may use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell data to anybody, ever.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of what we hold
- Have mistakes corrected
- Have data deleted, where no legal duty requires us to keep it
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Ask for your data in a portable format
- Complain to your national data protection authority, or to the AEPD in Spain
